Acne Is Diet-related - WRONG

The recent studies showed that there is no relation between your diet and acne. So, sugar, chocolate, milk, oil, sausages and so on, do not represent a cause for acne. However, this doesn’t mean that you should exaggerate with eating sweets, fat and very salty foods or fast-food.

Eating properly, healthy food would make you feel better and would help your body fight against all kind of health problems. A healthy person is able to better cope with disorders and illness, as alimentation is one of the most important elements influencing your body’s performance.

So, there aren’t any foods causing acne. However, become of some people’s insisting in believing this, it’s obvious that their doctors will advice them to avoid the foods they afraid of. That is because sometimes, almost always, autosuggestion is harmful: for one’s both the physical, and the psychical state. Chocolate proved not to be a cause for acne, but if one strongly believes this myth, than the autosuggestion could really harm oneself. So, it would be logical not to eat those foods you’re obsessed with. In the same way, it’s very important (for everybody) to have healthy, regular meals and to pay attention to eating well, to sleeping enough and to having a generally normal lifestyle.
