Acne Conglobata is one of these really bad forms of acne; it is maybe the most severe form of Acne Vulgaris. It often “attacks” mostly the males, who start to suffer from it starting with the age of 18 years old, till 30 years old. Their chest, face and back, as well as their thighs, upper arms and buttocks, are extensively affected by this very dangerous disorder.
Acne Conglobata is in fact a severe type of acne that mixes the characteristics of the two Acne Vulgaris forms, Moderate and Severe Acne Vulgaris, but at a very “high” dimension. Multiple inflamed or non-inflamed acne nodules are present. Many numerous other large lesions are interconnecting on the skin of the person that suffers from Acne Conglobata. Blackheads are also present!
All this skin symptoms can cause very severe, often irrevocable damage to the sufferer’s skin. The scars are often disfiguring.
As we’ve said Acne Conglobata usually appears in males with ages between 18 and 30 years and it can stay active for many years. Although this is a very severe type of acne and it is sometimes resistant to treatment, an aggressive manner of treating it over time could control it.

If you suffer from Acne Conglobata, you must not, in any case, lose hope! With the help of the doctors and of the medicines, the disorder could be beaten in the end like any other disorder!
