We Are What We Eat!

Yes, that’s really true, we are what we eat! Cabbage and pork, ice cream and donuts, olives…!
This is, of course, a joke; we’re no cabbage or pork! But the fact that the foods we like and eat are representative for whom we really are and for how we look like is really true. And for most of us this represents a sad thing, unfortunately.
Why’s that? Why should we be sad related to the foods we eat? We like them, don’t we? Some of us have really fallen in love with some foods! Still, some of us should become really worry about their diet if this consists in dangerous foods such as lots of sugar, margarine, salt, sweets, meat (especially pork and all the red meat in fact), bread, junk food and many others.
We’ve discussed a little bit about food and its influence on acne in the beginning. Still, another article on this topic should be welcomed, as food represents our primordial primary need.
We eat every day, no matter whether we sit or walk, no matter whether it is a sandwich or an ice cream. But just a few of us realize how dangerous some foods could be for our bodies; and even fewer of us try to do something about it, although they have been informed about the different foods’ effects on their bodies.

Furthermore, even sadder is the fact that most of us become used to the way we look: bad, tired and …fat! And also just a few of us are really able to stop from eating noxious aliments so that we could get rid of the side effects of the food against our skin and our entire body
