3. Disulfuram

Disulfuram, which could be found also under the name of Antabuse, represents a strange medication, as it is prescribed for helping chronic alcoholic patients to remain in state of enforced sobriety.
With this drug, the idea is that when it gets mixed with alcohol, the drug causes a wide range of unpleasant symptoms that are intended to discourage further mixing.

However, the regular use of this drug can cause acne in some patients, even when they are not drinking. But in this case, acne is probably the less insignificant side effect and no one would worry about it.
