Tip No. 6: Work Out, Wash Off!

This isn’t something new for you. We’ve already discussed about it and you should never forget our advice. When you’re done with your physical exercises, go have a shower!
When you exercise, your movement generates heat; clothing and equipment cause friction. Until you shower off, heat and moisture are trapped against your skin, creating an ideal breeding ground for the spread of bacteria.
So whenever this is possible, shower off immediately after exercising.
