Acne and Weight Loss Treatments

Acne treatment is not only about how to set our skin free from acne. It’s also about how to prevent acne from attacking our skin. In any ways, prevention is always better than cures. So how to prevent the acnes? Read these tips:

1. Always wash your face & sensitive skin with soap. I highly recommend you to use special soap and cleanser which specially designed for sensitive skin. Don’t forget to put your face into the warm water twice a day. It’ll help you to prevent the acnes.
2. Don’t touch your face with your hands. Only touch it when you need to. Hands are full of bacteria so your hands must be avoided from your face.
3. Don’t use any makeup except water-based one. Makeup can increase the risk for acne to grow on your face because basically they use oil.
4. Use different pillows. Yep, bacteria can be transferred from your face to your pillow while you sleep. So change it every week if you can. Because if not, the bacteria might be transferred back to your face.

Beside these four small tips, remember that food is another important issue. Foods which contain saturated fats are simply dangerous. They can make you fat and also stimulate the acne to grow on your sensitive skin. Unfortunately, more than 70% people in this world (according to researches) eat foods carelessly. It means, when the foods are delicious, we don’t care the impact from those foods. We only care about how it tastes and we eat them as much as we can.
You might want to suppress your appetite by the help from weight loss pills. You can also prevent the temptation by following any weight loss programs. Remember that when you can control what you eat, you can also prevent the acnes to grow.
