Healthy Pores: a Three-Step Solution

Healthy Pores is a complex acne treatment system featuring an extraordinary three-step approach that will help you get rid of acne in no time!
As you already know, our skin is made up of two layers: the epidermis, which is the outer skin layer, and the dermis, which is lying under the epidermis. While the epidermis represents what we commonly call our “skin”, this layer is made up of dead skin cells that form a real protective shield that covers all our body. On the other hand the dermis, which lies under this protective dead skin cells-made shield, represents the living layer of our skin and needs to be properly nourished so that it could provide fast, strong and healthy new skin for our body.
A healthy body and a healthy skin with a clear complexion means that the dead skin cells are shed continuously and replaced with fresh new cells that the dermis is producing continually.

However, as you’ve already imagined, when you suffer from acne, or when your skin is prone to acne, this natural process called exfoliation (that is the continual shedding and replacing of the dead skin cells with new ones) becomes not so efficient anymore. The dead skin cells are not removed anymore and eventually your skin pores become clogged up. And this would be only the beginning, as you already know. Adding all the other factors to the initial process will lead to all kinds of forms and types of acne, which could become not only painful and annoying but also quite unaesthetic.
So, while blocked skin pores mean only the beginning of the cycle that will eventually lead to serious acne forms and types, the Healthy Pores acne treatment system’s creators have thought too about a cycle; they thought about a cycle that will fight back acne and the physical factors that lead to acne.
The Healthy Pores acne treatment system is here because some people have been brilliant enough to fight back acne on its own territory! Step by step and with a little bit of patience, the Healthy Pores acne treatment system will start fighting against the “acne cycle” little by little.
This acne treatment’s systemic approach has proved to be the best one in fighting acne and one of the reasons for this is the fact that this is the natural way: as acne develops stage by stage, all the treatments against it should have proper solutions that would “attack” the disorder at its different stages. This way, every product itself gets specialized against only one physical factor that leads to acne and becomes very powerful in fighting that factor!
Healthy Pores is here, don’t wait any longer!

Comedones on the Job. Acne and Work

Since we spend a good, if not the main, part of our time at work, the office becomes kind of a second home for us, while some of our work colleagues become kind of a second family.
On the other hand, this environment becomes as well the second place to which’s conditions our skin must accommodate. Our face’s skin and not only is always in contact with the environment; this is why we should pay attention to the substances with which we come into contact on a regular basis. We may expose ourselves to comedogenic, that is pore-clogging, substances on the job without even knowing it.
These comedogenic substances do not represent the main cause of our acne, but they can aggravate it.

For example, if we work in a fast food restaurant, the airborne grease from this environment can create an invisible film on our skin, clogging our skin pores.
Most of the industrial oils, such as the kinds used in cars, on bicycles or in different factories, are as well comedogenic substances.
So, we should spend just a small part of precious time in trying to find out whether we work or not in a comedogenic environment and whether we interact or not with comedogenic substances. If the answer is yes, we have two choices:
1. To stop working in that environment and to stop using those comedogenic substances
2. To start using special lotions and cosmetic masks for fighting against this environment’s effects on our skin.

Stress and Acne. Coping with Acne

Stress and acne! But what is in fact the relation between stress and acne?
In a previous post we have called stress one of acne’s main causes. Well, you should not understand these words in a wrong way.
Stress itself is an abstract notion. Stress is like air; “you don’t see air, but you know that it exists” – as Dee Dee told Dexter in one of their continual fights. (For those who are no cartoon fans, please consider Dee Dee and Dexter just two fictional characters.)

However, you should understand that our busy lifestyle doesn’t in fact cause acne; it is the way we live that does affect our whole body, as well as our largest organ: the skin. Stress doesn’t specifically cause acne or any other disorder, but it makes our body and its organs and its skin… weaker and weaker and unable to protect themselves against all kind of bacterial or viral attacks.
The place you work, the work you do, the people you interact with, your daily duties, the hours you keep, the ways you play - all of these can take a toll on the epidermis, especially in those who are prone to acne. So, stress doesn’t cause acne, it is just that it plays the role of the Trojan horse. It carries within all kind of nasty possibilities. Once it is stress that controls you, you become more prone to acne, as well as to any other diseases and illnesses.
Next we will try to make you aware of some of the everyday acne triggers that you might not be aware of. We will try as well to offer you some solutions, some tricks about what you should do to avoid them.
